My passion is to inspire and co-create regenerative solutions for a lively and healthy world connected to people and nature. As a circular innovation and marketing professional I have over 7 years of experience in project management, communication, marketing strategy, circular economy, sustainable energy and mobility. Central in my work is developing sustainable solutions together with clients and partners such as the World Resource Institute, TU Delft, FNR, Colruyt, Uniper, Nouryon. At international corporations, agencies, SMEs, consultancies such as Ray Ban, Revolve, Hinicio, L’Oreal, Smart Watermark, I led market, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. As part of international and European collaborative innovation projects such as Cities4Forests, Zero Brine, Advancefuel and CertifHy, I managed communication, dissemination and supported with bringing them to the market.
Graduated with a master of science degree from ISCTE Business School Lisbon and University of Sydney in Marketing, International Business and Sustainability. During the last 6 years, I developed expertise in circular economy, obtained a Circular Economy certificate by TU Delft and an accredited Circular Economy Consultant and Trainer by Circulab. Organizer of the Circular Economy Club in Vienna and trained by Al Gore as Climate Reality Ambassador. My dream: To travel around the world in a regenerative way.
I love to develop the future of organisations together with the people who will be working with the results. For more than 20 years I delivered changes successfully in small, medium and large companies and organisations. When we think in projects, we think about the long term success of an organisation. In various industries I had the chance to learn how important it is to establish a defined environment for project governance and delivery. This enables to bring people together, integrate different perspectives, develop step by step in an agile way and to implement what provides benefits for the later users and can be handled by operations.
Graduated in Business Administration, I worked as s project manager, IT department leader and consultant while passing on my knowledge as a trainer and coach. In more than 250 trainings I helped the participants to become well equipped to handle projects and changes with an open mindset and professional methods and tools. I organized the collaboration of the EU project Sport Infinity to develop circular sports products and noticed that circular thinking is motivating people to find new innovative solutions and to cooperate, one of the reasons I bring my know-how and experience into this area.
I am an Accredited Trainer for Project Management with PRINCE2, Systemic Coach and Change Manager, Consultant for the Economy for the Common Good and certified Circulab consultant for regenerative circular economy. In my voluntary work I have been active at JCI, organising a carbon neutral World Congress, was heading the Cradle-to-Cradle NGO and WorldCleanupDay in Frankfurt, and am the Organizer of the Circular Economy Club Vienna.
